A year in the making, these are the seasons of 2012/2013 from my bedroom window.

Expertly taken with a Samsung Galaxy S II.

This is both amusing and pretty cool. Mostly because...smartphone. ^^;

I take it that last one is a very recent picture? :D

My actual camera is a bit shit'n'old, and my phone camera isn't too bad (for a phone), so I just used the phone.

And yeah, I think the winter one was this Monday, after ~10cm of fluffy white duvet fell on us Sunday night.

Awesome. haha. Must be cold. You guys have decent heating? I remember our radiators refused to work properly and we always had to huddle near them with hot cups of tea and five layers of clothing *shudders*

And, you know, that's the entire reason why mum wanted an iPhone5 was for hte camera so she could take decent-ish pictures with it and print them out, etc... Personally, I prefer having an /actual/ camera. But to each their own? You've got, what, 5 or 8 mpx on yours or something?

Actually, question: my android is being super slow and glitchy lately...any idea what might be causing it? (glitchy as in, when it doesn't randomly freeze on me, sometimes the entire screen full of apps disappears and all I have is my background picture with no apps at all.)

We have heating, but we also have awful single glazed windows that are rotten to the point of leaking, so I don't bother putting the heating on very much - it's not worth it. (yes, it's fracking cold.)

8MP camera on my Galaxy S II, yep. Looking at upgrading that to the Galaxy S4 (IV? whatever the official name will be..) in April when it's released, though it depends how much it costs. A slight upgrade to a 13MP camera, but that's not what I'd be upgrading for. There's also a few other 'droid based phones that might put up a good fight for my attention this year. Anything that isn't Apple or Microsoft. Haet. :]

I don't really know much about how to fix Android problems, and I can't say I've ever had a problem with mine (hence why). I know they're not problem-proof, but as always I had far more issues in my Windows days than I've ever had with Linux/Android. Have you updated your phone recently?

Nope. I checked for software updates. None to be had. *shrugs*

well, have fun with your new fancy shmancy phone when it eventually comes. I'll probably still be clunking away on my old one until it dies it's last painful breath :D

Wow these are really beautiful! I especially like fall and winter. Very serene and relaxing.

The only thing that wasn't quite so relaxing about the winter one was the cold wind, and the snow, that blew in through the window while I was taking the photo! I think the autumn is my favourite, the colours those trees have outside the window are even better in person.
